Products & Pricing

Zaverie offers anti-tarnish jewellery, kundan, American diamond, rings, earrings, necklace sets, chains, and hair accessories. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (unless specified otherwise). We strive for accuracy, but errors in pricing, description, or stock availability may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to correct or cancel orders. Product colours may slightly vary due to lighting, photography, or device screen settings.

Orders & Payments

• Orders can be placed only through our official website.
• Full payment must be made at the time of purchase.
• We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallet payments via secure payment gateways.
• We do not store or have access to your card/UPI details.

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across India through trusted courier partners. Orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours and delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on location. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹999. For lower amounts, a nominal delivery charge may apply. Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

• Returns/exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in original packaging, and has a genuine defect/damage.
• Customised jewellery and hair accessories are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless defective.
• Orders may be cancelled/modified within 2 hours of placement. After processing, cancellation is not guaranteed.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days

Warranty & Care

All Zaverie jewellery comes with a 6-month anti-tarnish guarantee (if cared for as instructed).
Jewellery care instructions:

• Store in a dry place in the pouch/box provided.
• Avoid contact with perfumes, water, and chemicals.
• Wipe gently after each use.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and product designs, are the property of Zaverie and protected under copyright laws. Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Zaverie is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, unforeseen events, or misuse of products. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ludhiana, Punjab.
